Got the chance to work with 50 young, talented badminton players at Machaxi, Bangalore — and what an experience it was!

The coach told me, “They have the skills, but the results don’t show it… they lack mental toughness.”
That’s where sports psychology steps in.

I started by helping them understand what sports psychology is and how it can help them perform better. After an initial mental skills assessment, I introduced them to some basic cognitive motor training — and the energy they brought was electric! ⚡

Loved seeing their excitement, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
