Inspection points for a full body harness:

1. Webbing
Check for cuts, burns, frays, or any other damage.
Look for signs of chemical or UV damage.
Make sure there are no knots or excessive dirt.

2. Stitching
Inspect all stitching for loose, broken, or pulled threads.
Ensure reinforced areas are intact.

3. D-Rings and Metal Components
Check for cracks, distortion, rust, or corrosion.
Make sure D-rings are securely fastened and not bent.
Test buckles and adjusters for smooth operation.

4. Labels and Tags
Verify that labels are present and legible.
Ensure the harness is still within its usable date (if applicable).

5. Adjusters and Buckles
Test all buckles for locking function.
Check that adjusters hold the webbing firmly in place.

6. Overall Harness Integrity
Ensure the harness maintains its original shape and has not been deformed.
