Next time you go over-the-counter to purchase antacids, when you feel bloated, or have indigestion or heartburn, remember that similar symptoms can occur even when stomach acid goes low.

By taking these medications without proper prescription, you might be making things worse for your gut. Omega 3 fats (ALA, EPA, DHA) take the limelight when it comes to prevention of most chronic diseases, and adequate intake of the same can be ensured by improving dietary sources (fish, fish oil, flaxseed, soybean and canola oils) and more easily by using omega 3 supplements.

Like mentioned fatty fishes (eg. mackeral, anchovy, salmon, herring) are considered the richest sources of DHA and EPA; whats interesting is that the fish doesn't produce the same. The fatty acids are originally synthesised by microalgae which the fish feeds on. This then accumulates in their tissues. The presence of EPA and DHA in its direct form is the reason why fish and microalgae are a preferred source of the fatty acid. Plant sources usually contain ALA, and the efficiency of its conversation to EPA and DHA is very low inside our body.

1⃣Proper warm up before session and cool down post session - Because this will increase the blood flow to the working muscles before exercise and help them relax post the same.

It has been found to contain polyphenolic compounds that can have disease preventive and anti inflammatory effect. They have also been used traditionally to heal/ prevent stomach ulcers.
