"A young man, approximately 30 years old, has reported several complaints: loss of sleep, difficulty breathing at night, sleeping with his mouth open, clearing his throat due to dryness upon waking in the morning, scanty urination, and a capricious appetite. He tends to exhibit a cross demeanor, considering himself highly intelligent while regarding others as lacking. Additionally, he displays manipulative and suspicious behavior, frequently checking on others and their activities.
Initially appearing as a workaholic diligently performing his job, further questioning reveals that he holds entirely different personal views and engages in work purely for pleasure. His interactions with people, particularly colleagues and seniors, are characterized by acting rather than genuine sentiment. His behavior towards clients varies based on factors such as appearance, caste, economic status, and job profile. For instance, he may advocate for banking as a means of uplifting the working class with clients but express a contrasting view among friends.
When confronted by those familiar with him, he tends to escape and becomes frustrated, leading to sleeplessness, discontent, and frustration. During such episodes, he experiences excruciating chest pain and difficulty breathing, prompting frequent changes in medications and doctors. He also disclosed that his hands and legs tremble when he is afraid or during arguments, fearing exposure of his true self.
Upon inquiry, it appears he has been a loner since childhood and experienced poor parenting. His social media activity contrasts starkly with reality, portraying a life detached from his actual circumstances. Additional details include scanty perspiration and facial redness when experiencing emotional arousal.
This case dates back to 2017, where the remedy proved effective. Subsequently, there was a notable change in his behavior. He transitioned to a profession as a content writer for an advertising agency, got married, and is now living peacefully with all his physical complaints resolved."
