Isha Life includes Mahamudra restaurant, and Shambhavi Boutique. Located in the heart of Mylapore, Mahamudra Restaurant offers traditional South Indian food with a healthy twist. The variety of dishes gives one a taste of all the four states in an aesthetic ambience. An extension of the restaurant is the newly opened Namma Cafe which offers bajjis, bondas, filter kapi and other delectable foods th

at remind one of their grandmother's kitchen. The Shambhavi boutique offers for purchase ethnic crafts of stone, metal and other indegenous materials, crafted by rural hands. All proceeds of Isha Life Fitness Systems are used for social projects of Isha Foundation.
