In India though schools and parents are very strict, the outside world does not enforce laws very strictly. Therefore if young adults need to overcome distractions and stay focussed in reaching their goals, they need to develop their own personal value system and discipline.
Parents and Teachers should not force values and rules into their system, instead they should be guided to develop their own personal value system which would guide them when they have to take life decisions.
