We have been running a private 41-Day Ho’oponopono group for over three years to support people in working on and healing from addictions (behaviours, thoughts and tendencies).

This group meets everyday on zoom for 12 minutes, from 8:00 - 8:12 PM IST and does the process together in silence.

Duration: 41 Days

Dates:
1st April - 12th May 2026

Time: 8:00 - 8:12 PM IST.

Orientation Session for Newcomers:
Wednesday, 1st April 2026, 7:20 PM IST onwards
Please note: This session is mandatory for newcomers.

We are not charging for this program. The investment is your time and intention.

Note: If you are joining in, we would like you to make a commitment for 41 days without a break. We will need that consistency to work intensively on the aspect of addiction and to hold the energy of the group together.

A Heal your Life Workshop by Nandhini Lingam 💕

• What is your relationship with your body?
• Do you love and enjoy your body exactly how it is?

Our bodies are our most intimate companions for this lifetime, and yet most of us have terrible relationships with it. Even those who have managed to achieve the ‘right shape’, are rarely at peace with their bodies - every slight change leads to a violent reaction within.

Our relationship with our body matters deeply, because it shows up in everything we do. It impacts how we feel about ourselves, what we will allow ourselves to have and enjoy and the amount of space we let ourselves take.

So what would it be like to put down the weapons, and begin to embrace our bodies and ourselves exactly as we are right now? What would it be like to embody our bodies fully and open our arms to life?
