FITZONE Murali Narayanan has had a passion for fitness for the last 12 years. Fitzone is the realization of this dream. However, a service was not enough.

What started out as a need to become a better athlete, became an international journey to create the perfect fitness formula. Working as a fitness trainer since 2000, Murali saw the need not only to create specific programs according to the person’s fitness level, but also to be able to identify any limitation present. He has since trained at the CHEK Institute in California, in various disciplines to address that need. He is also a certified Strength and Conditioning Coach with the ASCA. Murali started Fitzone as a personalized fitness consultancy. A specialized space, with equipment designed to carry out these goals was needed. Opened July of 2012, Fitzone is located in the heart of Chennai.
