This is the worlds’ famous ENT Hospital and handles more than 18000 Out Patients and performs approximately 3000 surgeries a year. Presently, this hospital has 5 fully functional operation theatres catering to various ENT & Head and Neck Operations. Ramalingam and Dr. Ravi Ramalingam head the Out patients Department. We have several other consultants, junior doctors and residents who provide you with round the clock care. This hospital has the facilities for all ENT investigations.

We are proud to have performed the first intra-operative AIM System procedure in Tamil Nadu at KKR ENT, Chennai, utilizing the advanced AIM System by Advanced Bionics. This cutting-edge technology provided real-time feedback during surgery, enabling precise preservation of the delicate cochlear structure and protecting the child’s residual hearing. The AIM System’s capability to obtain an objective audiogram under anaesthesia allowed us to confirm hearing was preserved throughout the procedure - something impossible if the child were conscious. This innovative approach reduces the risk of cochlear trauma, optimizes electrode placement and ensures the best possible hearing outcomes. This milestone showcases our commitment to advancing hearing care with the latest technology. Congrats Dr. Ramakrishnama Raju, Mrs. Hamsapriya and the entire Advanced Bionics Team.
