The web portal aims to provide reliable, up-to-date information on cancer and other critically ill diseases with the aim to guide and provide moral support for the suffering patients. This philanthropic initiative of this medical service will provide information and treatment options to the needy patients with no direct referrals to any hospitals or institutions. Our portal facilitates “interactive” function such as “Ask your Panel” services, in which patients can ask their queries related to disease or treatment options or unbiased second opinion to the panel. The panel members respond to such queries with a general outline of your disease, line of treatment without referral to any doctor or institution globally. This service facilitates and guide patients to make and decide the treatment process. These panel members represented by a team of experienced global medical and para medical professionals in their respective domain experience. Careultimate also provide a Medical Forum where in the patients and survivors discuss all topics in medicine and treatment. This facilitates sharing of knowledge and experiences, this knowledge journey provide the patients a “moral support’ in facing the challenges and difficulties faced up during the treatment.
