I've had 2 solid companions over the last 12 years.
My early morning Yoga, and a cup of Green tea.
I don't know where and how to begin my gratitude for these 2 friends. I have held silent conversations with them, wept in their company, planned my goals and my resolve through them.
They give me calmness (to my otherwise buzzing mind) and bring me fabulous ideas and energy to withstand the long days.
Being with as my Yoga trainer is another blessing.
Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.
I wish to share my friends with you. They are the best companions. Please do give them a try.
