Dr. Vasuki Mathivanan, Founder of IAPS (Indian Academy of Professional Supervisors), conducted the Group Supervision Training in Chennai, bringing together counselling psychologists for a meaningful learning experience.

Group supervision training is a structured process where a group of psychologists come together with a trained supervisor to discuss their counselling work, reflect on cases, and strengthen their professional skills—promoting ethical practice, reflective learning, peer support, and ultimately helping us provide more effective and responsible care to our clients.

Dr. Vasuki facilitated the program concluding clinical masterclass on "Supervisory Mastery," focusing on models for supervised practicum in counseling and clinical psychology,assisted by Dr.Veena.This professional initiative provided practitioners and faculty with advanced frameworks and essential tools for high-level clinical supervision.
