A simple Adhathoda kudineer can be a very good alternative to kabasura kudineer

10 grams thipilli

One inch piece of Athimaduram (glycyrrhiza glabra)
400ml water to be boiled for 3 minutes
Dosage 100ml twice daily to be prepared fresh.
