Introducing our boot camp ‘The Hummingbird Camp (THC) - Wings of Life,’ for kids age 7 - 10 years based in Chennai. The camp is built for creating curious experiential play, while tapping into the unique creative expression of the child. With engaging in multiple activities, we are enabling their expression/communication from a space of inner guidance. In the camp, the kids will create a design experience by applying multiple skills and activities learnt.

Take time for your own inner Poise as a Coach, Mentor or Leader

Happy to invite you as part of our Coaching Community (by Coaching with Depth) to Coaching Poise practice sessions.

These are complimentary sessions happening fortnightly (Thursdays) and are open to coaches, psychologists, mentors, teachers, leaders as coaches and similar. You can join the sessions when you can.

These are Practice-based. We come together for 20 minutes – practice, have a small sharing and then close out.
As we keep doing this, the state we hold becomes more natural for us in life and work.

These 20 minutes is care for the 'space' & 'self' in coaching - It’s about holding naturally coaching poise or qualities like Vastness, Neutrality, Beingness, Deep listening, Calm peace, Centeredness etc.

EXPLORING PURE SUBSTANCE, HARMONY & FLOW – a residential experience with Dev at Gurgaon, Delhi NCR.

This is for those interested in gently going deeper into the body and exploring the Future of Our Body and its healing and evolution. Simple practices will be explored, giving room for people at different levels of progress to soak in and draw benefits. The fact that we do the body, natural breath, essence, and substance work together, will make the journey easy for all of us.

We will also explore the transformation of thoughts, memories, emotions and energy. We will also learn to connect to Source in our own unique ways to stay grounded through the day and night. For some, the easiest way to connect to Source is through their Spiritual Heart, Silence above Head, Core of Earth, Pure Vastness, or in the Pristine Beauty of Nature.
