More than 10 year follow up.
Young man lost his jaw to benign tumor from right angle to left canine region of mandible.
Resecttion, reconstruction, follwed by implant rehabilitation done..
Quality of life is as good as the god given Jaw.
That is the power of OMFS.

A Gentleman came with his son for braces treatment.
As I was examining his son he asked me whether i remember him.
When i said no, he recalled i treated him for fracture jaw bones 25 years back.(2000)
Rarely you get 25 years follow up.
So i requested him to take an OPG.
Then i remembered he was my first private subcondylar open reduction.
Patient then told me he never had problems with the jaw plates but had to undergo 3 surgeries for hand fracture.
He was very appreciative of the work we have done.

Atypical Facial Pain poorly understood condition and most often results in unnecessary dental treatment.
Need multidisciplinary approach to manage the pain.

Bilateral Dentigerous cyst - in a 65 year old women managed successfully with marsupialisation.
She was offered resection and microvascular elsewhere .
We managed it conservatively ( and that is the right way).
Patient is doing fine.
