Platinum (75th)week of 500 steps of Surya namaskar: Wow it's very happy to share you all that we reached the milestone of 75th week of 500 steps of Surya namaskar. Today we completed 600 steps with ease followed by Eye exercise session (courtesy: kalai selvi mam). All this is possible only because of the dedication of Guru master and Rani Mam, Apart from the vibrant yoga students. Nothing is impossible in this world, when I joined I never thought I can able to do this much counts of Surya namaskar. We all are underestimating ourselves. We are expecting more people in the coming weeks to join and enjoy the benefits of doing surya namaskar 💪🙏
