There is an in-house diet consultant, who takes personal care to understand each individual's body requirement and advice a diet to be followed to get the desired result. With excellent ambiance, the gym has a waiting room and the best audio system in place, in addition to a variety of magazines relating to fitness and healthcare. Besides the T. Nagar gym, Z1fitness has branched out to Saligramam, Chennai. The Chairman has many laurels to his credit. Earning diplomas in physiotherapy and Fitness Management, Pandian s also President of Power Lifting Federation, State Referee for Power Lifting and Weight Lifting and he had also won the title of Mr. Madras in 1995.
