Since its inception, we have been focusing on Yoga, Meditation and Breathing techniques for individuals. Dr. Sukanya Reddy AKA INYA is contemporary Yoga Guru who has taken the Onus of demystifying Yoga. Inya is Registered Medical Practitioner (Alternative Medicine) and a certified Psychologist. ISB has taken the onus of demystifying hidden treasure of Yoga according to the need of the Hour and People. The Indian School of Breathing is managed by seasoned, Holistic Healers and Yoga Masters.
