Home made Kizhi parotta in Fresh cut banana leaf 👇
How it's made ?
Soft flaky parotta layered with cut onions, ample of chicken curry and a karandi full of chicken salna/gravy. So, overall 2 parottas were used folded and kept in a non-stick pan for few mins. Chicken curry and salna gets infused with parotta which turns to be Soo soft and juicy 🤤😍
Sunday Dad-son in Kitchen, No help from mom, and surprisingly it turned out well 🙌😅
