The practice of chanting the Yoga Sūtras is fundamental to the Krishnamacharya Yoga tradition, serving as the essential first step on the path.
As we listen carefully and repeat the Sūtras, we find a meditative quality that strengthens our attention, sharpens listening, and enhances memory. The meditative quality of the sound quietly works to relax the body, quieten the mind, and infuse a positive frame of mind.
