Amidst the Covid-19 chaos, don’t neglect your dental health! Most of the dental clinics are closed for routine care and only emergencies are treated. Manage your dental & oral hygiene with good care at home..until you can see your dentist!
🦷 Brush your teeth twice a day( Yes, it’s basic and everybody knows.. but how many are making this a habit?) Floss everyday and use a good mouth wash. Use a desensitising tooth paste if you have sensitive teeth.
🦷 Avoid extremely hot or cold food if you have sensitive teeth. Avoid high sugar treats 🍫 🍩 and acidic🥤drinks
Munch on crunchy fruits and vegetables and give your oral health and also your general health a boost! 💪
🦷In case of pain or swelling, contact your dentist! Do not apply balms on your cheek which may aggravate the swelling. We will do our best to keep you pain free and you do your best to prevent any further issues! Stay safe!
