Alcohol: The World’s Most Normalized Poison

Did you know?
• 2.6 million people die every year from alcohol-related causes.
• That’s nearly 7,000 people dying today alone.
• Over 400 million people worldwide struggle with Alcohol Use Disorder.
• 1 in 3 people will face alcohol-related problems at some point in life.

The Truth About Alcohol
• Addiction is driven by trauma and genetics, not moral weakness. (40–60% of risk is genetic – similar to diabetes).
• The “alcohol is healthy” studies?
Flawed and misleading.
• Even light drinking increases cancer risk. For breast cancer, there is no safe level.

Inside the Body
• Your liver turns alcohol into acetaldehyde – 30x more toxic than alcohol itself.
• This toxin causes inflammation, cellular damage, and eventually irreversible scarring.

The Path to Healing
• Recovery is possible. After 5 years of complete sobriety, a person’s risk of relapse drops to the same as the general population.
• Cutting back isn’t enough – true healing requires complete abstinence.

The evidence is clear: There is no “healthy” amount of alcohol consumption.
Recovery is possible — and support is available.

WHAT do MEN want from WOMEN?

In gentle terms, men desire less fighting and more intimacy. They also want fewer conflicts, as they often feel responsible for managing women's emotions—this can lead to misunderstandings.

It’s important to recognize that women have deep feelings. Men do too, but they are generally better at concealing them. Sometimes, without any logical reason, men may require a lengthy conversation—up to two hours—to process their anger or negative emotions.

Men often believe that their role as a husband is to make their partner happy, which can be a significant miscalculation. They feel pressured to accept their partner's emotions in order to better accept their own.

What men truly seek is for their partner to want them, adore them, and approve of them just the way they are.

Consider a group of eight-year-old boys playing a game of basketball or volleyball. In this game, one boy runs with the ball while the others try to take it. They take the game seriously but enjoy themselves immensely.

One day, a boy named Karthik started crying because he hadn’t had a chance to touch the ball. Another boy, Raja, recognized Karthik’s feelings, paused the game, and handed him the ball, saying, “This time, Karthik is ‘it.’ Let’s go!”

The problem was quickly resolved, and the game continued. The boys’ primary goal was to keep the game going, so they swiftly addressed emotions and returned to play.

Now imagine if this situation involved women instead. (I'll leave the details of this scenario to your imagination.)

Whether they are 8 or 48, men generally prefer to set aside emotions in order to maintain the playfulness and enjoyment in their relationships.

Ultimately, men desire to feel wanted, adored, and accepted just as they are.

“Learning is a continuous process. It’s been a great experience discussing Para Psychology on 2nd, 3rd & 4th September 2024.

Anomalistic psychology is the study of extraordinary phenomena of behavior and experience.
Anomalous experiences and mental disorders are complex and vary considerably from one person to another.

Here are some key takeaways:

1. Do not claim to possess spiritual powers (e.g., claiming to be a god or blessed with powers).
2. Kerala ranks first in black magic practices.
3. Many politicians and actors perform special rituals for their success.
4. Astrology is for personality profiling and does not predict the future.
5. Clairaudience can be distinguished from the voices heard by the mentally ill when it reveals information unavailable to the clairaudient person by normal means. (For example, Music director Maestro Ilaiyaraaja is said to possess this power).
6. People with “thought form” will forgive, but “elemental” people will not.
7. Always activate your midbrain through prayers, social service, yoga, walking on heels or toes, standing on one foot, and brain workouts.
8. Always seek solutions from a higher level and not from the same level.
9. Keep rock salt, pets like fish, dogs, cactus plants, om sounds, Chinese bells, and cats to remove negative aura.
10. Avoid watching horror movies.
11. How to identify spiritual psychosis - “Saami Aaduthal” or “Glossolalia” (when people lose consciousness while praying): Test them by pricking with a small needle.
12. The most harmful negative energy can come from close ones.
13. Never involve yourself in black magic.”( It may lead to su***de or Drug addiction )

Here are healthy ways to manage anger:

- Never impose rigid demands or rules on how other people must or must not behave towards you. There will be times when people may disrespect us, so it's important to be flexible about it.

- Avoid taking a stance where you believe you are completely right and others are completely wrong. It's important to recognize that everyone has their own perspective and to consider their point of view.

- Never attack or verbally abuse anyone in the future.

- Do not show anger towards people or any animals, even if you are not currently doing so.

- Avoid seeking revenge.

- Practice assertiveness, which entails communicating with confidence and respect.

Ultimately, our health is important. Adopting the suggestions above can help you achieve muscle relaxation and other positive bodily changes

Why do people cheat?
The reason like low self-esteem, lack of love, low commitment, need for variety, neglect, sexual desire, and circumstance.
It's important to understand that these reasons arise within the cheater and are not the responsibility of the betrayed partner.
