The Grand Master of Yoga and Meditation course is designed for experienced Yoga and Meditation Masters who seek a deeper understanding and experience of the energy mechanisms integral to these spiritual practices.

Guided personally by Swami Vidyanand, inspired by the Mother and Sri Aurobindo, this 21-day course will be held at the SriMa International School of Transformational Yoga® in India, near Pondicherry and Auroville. Swami Vidyanand will share ancient wisdom and guide students towards greater self-awareness and balanced harmony.

The course will allow you to revisit and delve deeper into the concepts of chakras and energy bodies, relating them to the Koshas described in the Upanishads. We will explore how our energy systems can become blocked and provide keys to purifying the different bodies and awakening inner energy.
