But sometimes…

Reaction becomes louder than the behavior.

When you panic, they internalize.
Parental fear = Child shame.

Children don’t understand “inappropriate.”
They understand:

“Something about me is wrong.”

Correction isn’t the problem.
Tone is.

Harsh tone = Hidden message.
Calm = Regulation modeling.

When you regulate first, you teach:
• Boundaries
• Safety
• Emotional control

Without shame.

If this changed how you think —

Men who hold the world together while falling apart inside.
Men who think asking for care is a burden.
Men’s Day is not about strength.
It is about the boys who were never allowed to be soft.
The boys who became men with unhealed wounds.
