"A 32yr old female presented to our hospital with injury to her left hand following which she had severe pain and swelling over left little finger with restrictions of finger movements. Taken x ray of hand shows subluxation of PIP joint little finger. Under finger block closed reduction attempted and sucessful. Checked finger movements and check x ray taken and immobilized with buddy strapping for 3 weeks"

"A 40 yrs old male came to our hospital with c/o inabiltiy to move the left shoulder following a h/o fall after which he is unable to move the shoulder.. o/e dugas test +ve..diagnosed as shoulder dislocation and confirmed by taking x ray shoulder joint. Under short GA[sedation] closed reduction done by kochers manevour & immbolized with shoulder immobilizer for 3 weeks."
