So.. Here's the notification for Beyond Birth's regular ONLINE Practical yoga sessions for the Month of JULY'25 (on every Mondays - Wednesdays- Fridays)

*A minimum of 12 sessions per month only on Mondays.. Wednesdays and Fridays for 1 hour regular will be conducted*
