It’s day 4 of hustle today and I have two more days to extend myself into.
My day starts at 5am and by this point I don’t know when one day ends and the next one begins because this week has just been back to back for me.
Between coaching, attending workshops and personal responsibilities and shoots im feeling the tiredness settling in. But I can not afford to fall sick or burnout. So what do I do?
Energy management is way more important for me than time management and so I resort to my tools!
I make time to incorporate the yogic tools into my routine that helps me push through, conserve energy and recharge effectively.
Practicing deep breathing exercises, energizes my body and clears my mind.
YOGA NIDRA FOR LIFE!!! Commonly known as the non- sleep deep rest protocol, a simple 20 minute Yoga Nidra practice helps me rejuvenate my energy and alleviate fatigue.
I also cut the carbs and sugar. I find myself most clear headed and mentally alert when I don’t over eat. So a simple protein breakfast, light lunch with minimal carbs and an early supper is all I take.
Remembering to listen to my body and honor its needs allows me to find strength and maintain my energies when it’s hustle time.
