It’s day 4 of hustle today and I have two more days to extend myself into.

My day starts at 5am and by this point I don’t know when one day ends and the next one begins because this week has just been back to back for me.

Between coaching, attending workshops and personal responsibilities and shoots im feeling the tiredness settling in. But I can not afford to fall sick or burnout. So what do I do?

Energy management is way more important for me than time management and so I resort to my tools!

I make time to incorporate the yogic tools into my routine that helps me push through, conserve energy and recharge effectively.

Practicing deep breathing exercises, energizes my body and clears my mind.

YOGA NIDRA FOR LIFE!!! Commonly known as the non- sleep deep rest protocol, a simple 20 minute Yoga Nidra practice helps me rejuvenate my energy and alleviate fatigue.

I also cut the carbs and sugar. I find myself most clear headed and mentally alert when I don’t over eat. So a simple protein breakfast, light lunch with minimal carbs and an early supper is all I take.

Remembering to listen to my body and honor its needs allows me to find strength and maintain my energies when it’s hustle time.

Yes there are days when I am tired. Sore from my previous day’s training, or just not feeling so great.
But I show up to coach

I see this as two way street. Its an energy exchange. I not only share my knowledge but also receive the joy of human interaction.

We breathe together, move together and form such rich and meaningful connections. These teachings I have learned and shared over the years have transformed lives and helped people overcome themselves. The relief & joy I see in those who have received my work is my biggest inspiration to continue this journey day in and day out.

PREGNANCY YOGA:

I take only one on ones for prenatal classes so there are only that many slots available. Schedule a consultation call with me to start your practice. I teach both online classes and in person.

Things to note:

Only for 2nd and 3rd trimester

I start coaching only after 13 weeks are completed. This is because the 1st trimester is comparatively sensitive and unnecessarily adding movement can disturb the foetus.

I will need a green light from your OB / gynaecologist before I put you on a program confirming proper placenta position after the first trimester scan.

IMPORTANT: Avoid any self practice in case of low or
placenta previa or thin cervix.

Pregnancy has made me to believe in a process. Everything we do needs time and it’s a process to reach any level of outcome. And only belief we have in the process gives us the desired outcome. Yoga and meditation 🧘‍♀️ was something I practiced throughout my pregnancy. This was a process and I believed completely in it which gave me the desired outcome. This was possible only with the guidance of my instructor who is par excellence 👌in what she does . In my coming posts would love to share my journey with her in our prenatal yoga session.
