Dear Karthick, wish to inform you that my mom, Revathi and I got our Covid vaccination done at VS Hospital, near Ega Theatre. From the time we entered the hospital the way we received, guided on filling out the pre requisite forms, to payment at the cash counter(the person at the counter was simply brilliant) and from thereon to the vaccination room was outstanding. Ms. Sowmya and all the other support staff in the entire chain handled all the patients with utmost care. Normally visiting a hospital can be very traumatic, but I must admit in this case it was one of the most pleasant experience - very professional, courteous and more importantly absolutely efficient.
