Tips on handling Acidity:
* reason for acidity might be not eating at frequent interval. Hence, first have a routine in the diet plan.
* eat healthy food every 2-3 hours.
* avoid very spicy and high fat foods. Avoid too much of non- veg.
* include foods like fruits, whole grains and milk products to reduce acidity.
* skip aerated drinks as well as caffeine.
* have a glass of like warm water every day.
* include watermelon and cucumber in daily diet. Watermelon juice is great for reducing acidity. Coconut water and yogurt is known to soothe the system if u suffer from acidity.
