I'm Pooja.
I'm a Clinical Nutrition expert by education and reigning the field of fitness with Yoga, successfully for the past 12 years.
Tapas_yogabypooja is my wellness center where you will find me offering guidance and consultation for Hatha Yoga, Mat Pilates, Prenatal & Postnatal yoga.

I specialize in Yoga for Cancer Rehabilitation & Recovery and aim at providing holistic Yoga solutions against these life crippling diseases.
