I got a 25yr old male patient named chotu kumar from Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh). He came in shock with BP 98/60 , pulse 130, and complaint of acute retention of urine with hematuria since 10 days. His TLC count was 21000, creatinine- 10.3, blood urea- 246. He was managed conservatively. Now patient is fine and all reports are normal. Patient is being discharged today. It's a great pleasure for us to share a review of 26 year old female patient resident of Haridwar. She came with Complaint of umbilical hernia and got operated in Surgicare hospital.
