He is MBBS and DGO from V M medical college Solapur and DNB from National Board of Examination, New Delhi. After being trained at Galaxy care hospital for Laparoscopic Surgery, Robotic surgery under the supervision of Dr Shailesh Puntambekar sir. He has constantly updated the latest techniques and now has his unique style of operating. He is Well known for his high risk obstetrics, critical care obstetrics and fertility related Hysteroscopic and Laparoscopic surgeries, tertiary level endoscopic surgeries like hysterectomy, surgeries for uterine prolapse, va**nal vault prolapse ,endometriosis surgery. He has special interest in va**nal surgeries for doing hysterectomy for all cases with newer energy sources. Vaginal hysterectomy never appeared so simple until Dr Ammbalal Gurram demonstrated it while doing surgery.
