Festival and sweets go hand in hand. Do exercise for atleast 10mins or go walking to burn the extra calories. Diabetic can enjoy the modak preferably sugar-free ones but 30 mins brisk walk is a must.

Winter & night cramps
In winter waking up with calf or leg cramps are common.
Remedy: keep yourself hydrated ( drink atleast 2 litres of water)
