The Department of Pharmacology, AIMS & RC successfully organized a Materiovigilance Awareness Program from 10th to 12th December 2025, under the aegis of the Indian Pharmacopeia Commission (IPC)–approved Medical Device Monitoring Centre (MDMC).

The program highlighted the importance of Materiovigilance in ensuring patient safety by monitoring and preventing adverse events associated with medical devices (MDAE). Faculty members, postgraduate students, and nursing staff actively and enthusiastically participated in the sessions.

We are grateful for the valuable insights shared by our Principal & Controller, Dr. S. P. Manjrekar, and Medical Director, Dr. Pramila Bajaj, who emphasized the critical role of Materiovigilance in healthcare.

A Symposium on Cervical Cancer Awareness and HPV Vaccination Protocol was conducted at Ananta Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Centre, Rajsamand on 11th December 2025, from 1–2 PM at the Charak Auditorium.

WORLD AIDS DAY 2025 Rally was organized by Department of Community Medicine, AIMS&RC on 4th December 2025 at Delwara town near CHC Delwara.

Public Health Awareness regarding prevention and control of HIV/AIDS for the general public of Delwara was provided by all Community Medicine dept. faculties, PG students, 2025 batch MBBS students and 2020 batch interns with their catchy slogans to " *STOP AIDS* " and follow " *ABCD approach* " [Abstinence (A), Being faithful to one partner (B), Condom usage(C) and Detect HIV early at ICTCs(D)]

Ananta Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Centre (AIMS&RC) organized a Freshers’ Welcome Party for the MBBS Batch 2025‑26 on Saturday, 29th November 2025 at the Charak Auditorium, from 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm. The event was hosted by the MBBS Batch 2024‑25 under the supervision of Principal and Controller Dr. Sandhya Manjrekar, Dr. Sanjay Gupta, Medical Superintendent, and Dr. Stuti Srivastava, Head of the Department, Department of Anatomy and Member‑Secretary of the Anti‑Ragging Committee.

Also present were the Chief Wardens, Dr. Renu Sharma and Dr. Asharam Gorachiya, along with Mr. Indra Kumar. The function was coordinated by faculty members and staff of the Department of Anatomy.

The programme concluded with a light refreshment session.

The Department of Pharmacology, AIMS & RC organized the First Inter-college Pharmacology Quiz on 11th November 2025. All the six prestigious medical colleges of Udaipur participated enthusiastically in the quiz.

The program was also attended by the faculty members of all six colleges. Competition between the teams was nail biting.

Sneha, Kaira and Arnav of the 2023 batch represented AIMS & RC and stood second runner up in quiz competition.

Participants were felicitated with certificates and trophies by Principal Dr Sandhya Manjrekar mam and Medical Superintendent Dr Sanjay Gupta sir.
