When 70-year-old Mrs. Bina Chatterjee from Asansol began struggling with breathlessness, weakness, and fatigue, her family feared the worst. Diagnosed with severe aortic stenosis, along with multiple complications including heart failure, diabetes, hypertension and lung infection, her condition was critical.

Under the expert care of Dr. S. N. Dutta, Dr. M. R. Jena and the team of Cardiology and Critical Care specialists at Healthworld Hospitals, she underwent a series of complex, life-saving interventions — from temporary and permanent pacemaker implantation to an advanced Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation (TAVI) procedure.

The TAVI, a minimally invasive cardiac procedure, successfully replaced her diseased heart valve — restoring her heart function without the need for open-heart surgery.

Today, Mrs. Chatterjee is stable, cheerful, and recovering beautifully — a living example of how cutting-edge cardiac care and expert hands can bring back hope and heartbeat.
