Our backbone always needs movement. When we stay active, the joints in our spine produce synovial fluid — a natural lubricant that keeps the spine healthy and smooth.
It works exactly like engine oil in a bike. When a bike’s oil is changed regularly, the engine runs well. If the oil is not changed, the engine becomes tight and creates problems.
