ഓരോ യോഗാസനത്തിനും വിവിധ അർത്ഥ തലങ്ങളുണ്ട്. ആസനം ലളിതമോ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടുള്ളതോ ആകട്ടെ, അത് ശരീരത്തെ സുഖപ്പെടുത്തുക മാത്രമല്ല ചെയ്യുന്നത്, സൂക്ഷ്മമായ ഒരു ജ്ഞാനം വെളിപ്പെടുത്തുക കൂടി ചെയ്യുന്നു. ആ ജ്ഞാനമാകട്ടെ, എപ്പോഴും നമ്മുടെ ജീവിതത്തെ നയിക്കാൻ സഹായിക്കുന്ന ഒന്നായിരിക്കും.

ആ ജ്ഞാനം ലഭിക്കാൻ, അത് ജീവിതത്തിൽ പകർത്താൻ നമ്മൾ ചെയ്യേണ്ടത് ഇത്ര മാത്രം - ഓരോ ആസനം പരിശീലിച്ചു കഴിയുമ്പോഴും ഒരു നിമിഷം നിർത്തി ആ ആസനം നമ്മളെ പഠിപ്പിച്ച തത്വത്തിലേക്ക് ഒന്ന് തിരിഞ്ഞുനോക്കുക... ഒരു നല്ല മാർഗ്ഗനിർദ്ദേശത്തോടെ, ഈ ജ്ഞാനം കൂടുതൽ തിളക്കമുള്ളതാവുകയും ചെയ്യും.
