உத்தரபிரதேசத்தில் தொண்டையில் சாக்லேட் சிக்கி மூச்சுக் குழாயை அடைத்து அதனால் ஒரு சிறுவன்
மூச்சுத்திணறி இறந்த செய்தியைக் கண்டு வேதனை அடைந்தேன்.

எனக்குத் தெரிந்த மருத்துவர் ஒருவரின் தாய் , உணவகத்தில் உணவு சாப்பிட்டுக் கொண்டிருக்கும் போது பூரி தொண்டையில் சிக்கி அவர் கண்முன்னே இறந்தார் என்றும் கூறக்கேட்டிருக்கிறேன்

இத்தகைய நிலை நம்மில் யாருக்கு வேண்டுமானாலும் ஏற்படலாம்.

இவ்வாறு நாம் உண்ணும் உணவோ அல்லது ஏதேனும் பொருளோ தொண்டையை அடைத்துக் கொண்டு மூச்சுப் பாதையில் தடையை ஏற்படுத்துவதை "சோக்கிங்" என்று அழைக்கிறோம்.

இது யாருக்கு வேண்டுமானாலும் எப்போது வேண்டுமானாலும் எங்கு வேண்டுமானாலும் ஏற்படலாம் என்பதால்
இதற்குண்டான முதலுதவியை நாம் அனைவரும் அறிந்து வைத்திருப்பது சிறந்தது.

உணவாலோ வேறு பொருட்களாலோ
சுவாசப்பாதை அடைப்பு ஏற்பட்டு மூச்சுத் திணறலில் இருப்பவர்களால் இரும முடிந்தால் அவர்களைத் தொடர்ந்து இருமுவதற்கு பணிப்பது நல்லது.
"இருமல்" என்பது சுவாசப்பாதையை அடைத்துக் கொண்டிருக்கும் பொருளை வெளியே கொண்டு வரும் வாய்ப்பு அதிகம்.

ஒருவேளை அந்த நபரால் இருமவோ பேசவோ கத்தவோ முடியாத நிலையில் இருப்பின்
உடனே நாம் செய்ய வேண்டியது

அவருக்கு பக்கவாட்டில் நின்று கொண்டு
நமது கரங்களில் அவரது மார்புப் பகுதியைத் தாங்கிக் கொண்டு
அவரை இடுப்புப் பகுதியில் குனிவதற்குப் பணித்து

அவரது பின் புறத்தில் இரண்டு தோள் பட்டைகளும் சேரும் இடத்தில்
நன்றாக உள்ளங்கையை வைத்து ஐந்து முறை நன்றாக அடிக்க வேண்டும்.

இவ்வாறு செய்வதன் மூலம்
அடைப்பு சரியாகும் வாய்ப்பு அதிகம்.

இந்த செயல்முறையில் பலன் கிட்டாவிடில் நாம் செய்ய வேண்டியது
"ஹெம்லிச் செயல்முறை"

அது என்ன?
எப்படி செய்வது?

மூச்சுத் திணறல் ஏற்பட்டவரின் பின் புறம் நின்று கொண்டு

அவரது இடுப்பை பின்புறத்தில் இருந்து ஒரு கைகொண்டு அணைத்துக் கொள்ள வேண்டும்.

கைகளின் ஐந்து விரல்களையும் குத்துவதற்கு தயாராவது போல ஒன்றாக இணைத்துக் கொள்ள வேண்டும். இவ்வாறு இணைத்து கையை சரியாக அவரின் மேல் வயிற்றுப் பகுதியில் இருக்குமாறு வைக்க வேண்டும்.

இப்போது மற்றொரு கையை பின்புறத்தில் இருந்து முன்பக்கமாக அவரை அணைத்து இன்னொரு கையை இறுக்கமாகப் பற்றிக் கொள்ள வேண்டும்.

இப்போது வேகமாக அழுத்தமாக மேல்நோக்கி இரண்டு கைகளையும் வயிற்றுப் பகுதியில் அழுத்தித் தூக்க வேண்டும். இவ்வாறு செய்யும் போது அந்த நபரை சிறு உயரம் தூக்கி கீழே விடுவது போல இந்த செயல்முறை அமையும்.

இவ்வாறு தொடர்ந்து வேகமாக ஐந்து முறை செய்ய வேண்டும்.

மேற்கூறிய பின்பக்கம் தட்டுதலை ஐந்து முறையும்
இந்த ஹெம்லிச் செயல்முறையை ஐந்து முறை என்று தொடர்ந்து கொண்டே இருக்க வேண்டும்.

இதற்கிடையில் மூச்சுத்திணறலுக்கு உள்ளானவர் மூர்ச்சை நிலைக்குச் சென்றால்
அவரை கீழே அவரது முதுகுப் பகுதி தரையில் கிடக்குமாறும் அவரது கைகள் இருபுறமும் இருக்குமாறும் கிடத்தி அவரது வாயை நோக்க வேண்டும்.

உங்களுக்கு மூச்சுத்திணறலை ஏற்படுத்திய உணவுப் பொருள் அல்லது வேறு பொருள் கண்ணுக்குத் தெரிந்தால் மட்டும் அதை கைவிட்டு லாவகமாக எடுக்க வேண்டும்.
கண்ணால் அந்த பொருளை பார்க்காமல் கையை விட்டு எடுக்க முயற்சி செய்யக் கூடாது. மேற்கொண்டு அந்தப் பொருளை உள்ளே தள்ளி விட்டு அதனால் மேற்கொண்டு சுவாசப்பாதை அடைப்பு ஏற்படும் வாய்ப்பு உருவாகும்.

அந்த நபருக்கு மூச்சு இல்லாத நிலை இருப்பின் தொடர்ந்து சிபிஆர் எனும் உயிர்காக்கும் இதய மற்றும் சுவாசப்பாதை மீட்பு முதலுதவியை வழங்கி வர வேண்டும்.

ஒருவேளை யாருமே இல்லாத இடத்தில் நமக்கே இந்த நிலை ஏற்பட்டால் என்ன செய்வது

நமது கைகளை இணைத்துக் கொண்டு நமது வயிற்றுப் பகுதியில் வைத்து கடினமான சமதளத்தில் அழுத்த வேண்டும். அந்த கடினமான தளம் என்பது நாற்காலியாக இருக்கலாம் அல்லது மேஜையாக இருக்கலாம்.

நம்மில் யாருக்கேனும் திடீரென உணவு சாப்பிடும் போது இத்தகைய சுவாசப்பாதை அடைப்பு ஏற்பட்டால்
மேற்கூறிய வழிமுறைகளைக் கடைபிடித்தால் உயிரைக் காப்பாற்ற முடியும்.

The event often coincides with other events around the theme of occupational therapy and supporting the work of occupational therapists. Some countries hold Occupational Therapy Week or Month, providing more opportunities for people to get involved.

The month of October is 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗗𝗛𝗗 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 🧠, an important initiative dedicated to raising awareness about 𝗔𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻-𝗗𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝘁/𝗛𝘆𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 (𝗔𝗗𝗛𝗗). ADHD is a neurodevelopmental disorder marked by executive dysfunction, leading to excessive and pervasive symptoms of inattention, hyperactivity, impulsivity, and emotional dysregulation. These symptoms significantly impair functioning across various contexts and are developmentally inappropriate.

Raksha Ambulances aims to spread awareness and education to the public 📚 and 𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙚 𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙜𝙢𝙖 by promoting understanding of ADHD's symptoms—such as inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity—and emphasizing the importance of early diagnosis and effective treatment. ✅
