Traditional Chinese acupuncture has a history about 5000 years. A Universal Energy form Known as “Chi” flows in specific channels throughout the body .These channels are known as acupuncture meridians .There are 12 main coupled meridians in the body. According to acupuncture theory all diseases and psychological disorders, etc. are caused by energy imbalance in these 12 Acupuncture Meridians causing excess or deficiencies of energy in specific channels. In the Early 1950’s Dr.Yoshio Nakatani of Japan developed a method of examining the meridian system of human body through electronic instruments , he called this method as Ryodoraku : Ryo{good} do{electrical conductive} raku{line} , ie. In 1982 Dr. John .A.Amaro from North America first to develop a rudimentary software program which was called “ Electro Meridian Imaging ”.
