Prior to becoming pregnant,the focus is on fertility.Many couples struggle with fertility and each month they worry, stress and disappointment grows. Exercise can help take the focus off this pressure with a feel good and endorphin making everything seems a little easier. When the couples are at the stage of looking for assistance with fertility, the expert will most often recommended looking at life style first. fitness, diet and weight can all play a helping hand with fertility.
Too fit to conceive:-
It is good to remember, however, that more exercise is not always better for woman looking to become pregnant. Excessive exercise combined with low body weight can lead to a situation that many athletes have such low body fat that they don't over let regularly or have periods.
Moderation is what is important for fertility and health of the baby. Research says that woman who are underweight and who exercise excessively tend to have a small babies. Small babies can have reduced organ development including brain development there is also evident now showing that very small babies are more likely to have problem with high BP and other medical problems in later life.
For men,
, it is not just the ladies who need to consider lifestyle changes .The right weight and moderate fitness is just as important for male fertility. Obesity in man has negative consequences for s***m and fertility. At the other end of the spectrum. lots of study shows that excessive exercise can affect s***m counts but it has not been proven whether it is actually affects fertility. excessive heat is also not good for s***m and for this reason hot yoga,saunas and whirlpool bath are not recommended for men who are trying for a baby.
It is also worth noting diet and a whole new industry of sports nutrition supplement that ties in in with these sports. Be mindful of adding anything to your diet that is not natural as it is also may have an impact on fertility.
The fitter she is before conception , the better it is easier to stay fit them to get fit once pregnant.
