Karpadharani center help the expecting mothers to be stable, clear and confident. She gets information about what changes she is undergoing, common pregnancy discomforts and comforting measures.
Our classes allow women not only to share their concerns and feelings, but also to get information about what they will go through during labor and birth. Through interactive adult learning methods, we provide parents-to-be with all prenatal information and help them understand how to cope with the baby once it is born and deal with all postnatal changes and issues.
OUR TEAM
An enthusiastic, experienced and determined team always helps in the overall growth of a centre and ensures its sustenance. At Karpadharani, you get to avail extremely helpful classes and counselling sessions conducted by our highly qualified and internationally certified experts comprising of senior physiotherapist, pregnancy trainer, fitness trainer, women’s health coach, yoga trainers, counsellor and psychology counsellor. All classes are conducted by our Certified Consultants and Health Educators with expertise in birth and parenting. Time: 10.00am to 12.30pm (Weekly 3 classes)
