More power and love to our angel mom Niranchana.. Here is the most awaited child birth story..

Hi everyone.. I came to know about Siksha through my friend Suchitra. Being a Doctor and a Mom, She experienced the outcome of siksha pregnancy care program and shared with me. From Day 1, Ms.Sivarekha has been inspiring me with all the information about pregnancy and baby care. I follow things religiously whatever she said and almost all the guidelines of her.The day near EDD arrived and I already had this bloody show then. I was bleeding for 2 days and doctor advised me to go on for a pain induced labour initially.
On June 3 evening 4:30 pm, I was given pain inducing injection and pain gradually started by 6 pm. The doctor advised me to have a normal child birth as I started experiencing contractions. With all the courage that Sivarekha Mam gave I fought with pain and was doing Breathing exercises, Squats, Walking between contractions till next morning 6 am. Though the pain was extreme I still wanted to have a normal delivery. The Cervix opened fully but then came the twist in the story. As Doctor examined and informed the baby is still on rotation in head down posture and so we need to go through C-Section. At first we got panicked, but then I prepared myself mentally for C-Section too. The wait was finally over on Saturday Morning by 7:58 AM, Our little man arrived🥰. I'm convinced that there is no better joy in the world than holding your baby😍. 💞We both are doing well. Sivarekha Mam's guidance really helped me understand the process and broke the myths and stereotypes around pregnancy.One can enjoy 2 modes of delivery in single pregnancy with Sivarekha Mam's guidance..💞

Here is her child birth story...

Mine wouldn’t be an inspiring one ... I will share whatever I had to face before delivering my baby .. I was 2cm with zero contractions but had to wait two days to be 4cm dilated, I had it without any pain or contractions.. I wasn’t proceeding after 4cms so doctors had to strip the outer membrane since baby was 70% down already .. I had very few and mild contractions till I was 6cm dilated which wasn’t enough so again doctors had to put drips to make stronger contractions.. here came the worst part, I couldn’t tolerate the sudden pain since the contractions wasn’t gradual to me.. it was sudden and strong like I was current shocked every few minutes .. I was a mess with all the pain, so I asked for epidural.. doctors said you’re already 8cm dilated and baby is fully down and ready, you can do without epidural.. but I could hear nothing except the pain, I said I won’t Co-operate for nst or for drips until you give me epidural.. I know, I’m ashamed of that now 🫣 but back then, I didn’t even know what words were coming out of my mouth .. so they gave me epidural and within 10 mins into that I was fully dilated and baby’s head was already half out they said.. took me to an emergency delivery unit and my bundle of joy came in just 10 mins into labour .. I had to push her like 4 times out of which 3 are wrong pushes 😅.. so, if anything you want to learn from my story, Pranayama and breathing exercises are the main thing while having contractions.. I took it easily and didn’t follow up on the breathing exercises.. so I had to ask for epidural .. also, my baby was in breech till 36 weeks, I followed some exercises which Shivarekha mam and a physiotherapist in my hospital Suggested.. I didn’t have hope that my baby will turn head down .. but she did.. she is the most intelligent ever person .. she understands what I want and does the same even while feeding .. she latched perfectly the first time itself .. I’m proud to be a mother of the angel 👼🏾
