45year old female suffering from swelling left side of the abdomen with pain was investigated and found to have a large Renal mass occupying the whole abdomen. Investigations revealed the possibility of Renal Tumor. She was advised to have the surgery to remove the mass . She underwent surgery, the large mass was removed along with the kidney without any complication. The mass weighing around 4kg . The patient is doing well in the postoperative period. The surgery was performed in Krishna Speciality Hospital by Chief Urologist Dr.Thirumalaisamy , Dr.Sakthikumar Urologist and the team .
