KMCH HOSPITALS and Organisation for Rare diseases India (ORDI) together conducted an awareness marathon, Racefor7, on February 25th, Sunday in Coimbatore.

Racefor7 is a nationwide event held on a Single Day, on the 25th Feb, 2024, to Commemorate World Rare Diseases Day. Named as ‘RaceFor7’, this marathon denotes the cause ‘running for 7000 rare diseases for 7000 metres’. The theme for this year is ONE NATION, ONE DAY – TOGETHER FOR RARE. The fund raised is to be used for the treatment of children and adults with rare diseases.

The event was flagged off by Coimbatore –North Deputy Commissioner Mr.Rohith Nathan. More than 500 people participated in the RaceFor7 marathon.
