We are dedicated towards positively promoting all aspects of motorcycling with an emphasis on Safety and Rider awareness. We do not care what you choose to ride, only that you love to ride! Cotton City Riderz is open to all brands/types of motorcycles (150 CC and above). The club welcomes both beginners as well as experienced riders, we have a corner marking rule so no one gets lost. Learners are particularly welcome as we really enjoying helping those just starting out, and we firmly believe that all riders should have the opportunity to experience a group ride and the biker café meet up scene. We have a number of very experienced and expert members who are more than happy to pass on riding tips, suggestions and encouragement, so you should never feel unsure or nervous about what to do on a ride. Information on all rides and other upcoming club activities are posted to members and updated in the site. We ride together as much as we can, join others to support their events and organize. Members are asked though to consider the organizers who plan and run our events by dedicating their free time and at their own expense. A cup of tea or a coffee goes a long way to saying thanks and making these good people feel appreciated. We aim to plan rides and routes which are interesting and fun whilst remaining safe. Our Rides are generally one day events covering distances ranging from 250 kms to 500 kms; we are planning to have only on week-ends. We have planned to have 1 day ride every month and 2 days stay ride once in 6 months and one major ride once in a year clubbing with our club anniversary. Rules to join ride:

Road Safety:
CCR considers safety as the highest priority over everything else on road during the organized group riding. Ensuring Safety on road is an impulsive act expected from each rider, based on the road and traffic characteristics, driven by common sense and limited to traffic laws and guidelines. Awareness of safety rules and guidelines among the riders are of prime importance for a safe and enjoyable group riding experience. The Motorcycle Safety Foundation® (MSF) is an internationally recognized developer of comprehensive, research-based, Rider Education and Training System (MSF RETS). The foundation has published a rich collection of Tips/Guidelines on Rider Safety. At CCR we would like the riders to watch out for these hand signals and pass them on to the riders behind you during Group Riding. All new bees are expected to attend a brief session on group riding methods & signals before their first ride with us. DISCLAIMER:
