The occipitotemporal sulcus (OTS) variations on the inferio-temporal surface of human brain:
(a) Type 1 pattern which is a continuous OTS.
(b) Type 2 pattern, OTS is interrupted into two segments OTS.
(c) Type 3 pattern which OTS is interrupted into three segments.
(d) Type 4 pattern which OTS is interrupted into four segments.
(e) Type 5 pattern which OTS is interrupted into five segments.
(f) Type 6 which OTS is interrupted into six segments.

Young lady being treated for psychiatric problems developed altered sensorium, fever, gait disturbance, urinary incontinence presented with MRI showing unilateral hydrocephalus, underwent neuroendoscopic fenestration of foramen of monro, Endoscopic third ventriculostomy, septostomy, biopsy from the ependymal nodules (more than 100 nodules in the unilateral ventricle system alone. Post op recovered well even in psychological aspect as well
