Moxie - Womens fitness Studio, coimbatore Moxie is exclusively a womens fitness studio which conducts group strength training and personal training Be the best part of you !!

We bring to you a strengthening group programme for an hour, 3 alternate days/week. Regular moderate level physical activity and strength training are important in building and maintaining strong muscles and bones, helps in avoiding injury, boost energy and mood, increases the metabolic rate and avoid falling under chronic diseases. So Moxie group sessions have been done with consideration to women's fitness needs to improve their functional status and therefore lead better quality of life. Body weights dumbbells and resistance bands exercises will be used to challenge the muscles and strengthen them. These exercises will target core, abs, glutes, shoulders, chest,legs and back. It will be a split workout for upper, lower body and abs/core
Group sessions pumps energy and keeps your motivation levels going. So come to moxie and make fitness a habit. Win some Lose some (win strength, lose fat ) We offer personal training for women who have certain goals, either it be fitness, strength, joint weakness rehabilitation, weightloss, back pain or want to just look toned and great for a wedding or any other reason.
