This is a message to public and diabetes patients ,
1. No Sugar Free Tablets
2. No Bitter Vegetables and Substances .
3. Restrict Non - Veg
4. No empty stomach morning walk .
5. Regular Interval ORS daily to maintain hydration & blood Sugar.
6. Pre excesise Cardio Pulmonary screening .
7. Desi Mati Aloo or Khamba Aloo ( Diascoria Alata) is also can be consumed by Diabetes patients, Double boiled and cooled to normal temperature of Potato can be taken by Diabetes patients too.
8. Rice and Pakhal in moderation can be eaten without fear by diabetes patients.

One more endeavour for educating Diabetic patients and public .
Here these points are worth understanding .
1. When after Insulin failure in controlling Blood Sugar what is next ?
2. Is it Rice or Potato have a role in Diabetes or the use of Pesticides, Fertilizers , Fungal Fumigation and presence of these poisonous substances are culprits ?
3. In the name of High glycemic index ,interfering with a normal Digestive system is it correct to disrupt the normal process of digestion by preventing , delaying , slowing the normal peristaltic process and also the absorption of the digested carbohydrate ?
4. Now compare Glycemic Index of Fertilizers and pesticides used Rice , Potatoes with that of Organic grown Rice and Potatoes , answer will be clear .
