Exercise: Engage in light physical activity like yoga or a morning walk.

Dinner: Eat a light dinner, ideally before 7 PM.
Relaxation: Spend time with family, read, or engage in a hobby.
Evening Walk: Take a gentle walk to aid digestion and relax the mind.
Prepare for Bed: Avoid screens and bright lights. Engage in calming activities like reading or listening to soft music.
Sleep: Aim to go to bed by 10 PM to ensure a good night’s rest.
