A case of 55 yr old female having bilateral osteoarthritis of knee with severe varus and flexion deformity.She was previously operated by me about one year ago for right hip hemi replacement.Did total knee replacement on left side in this complex primary knee.Post op knee deformity was fully corrected and we can see the straight mechanically alligned knee compare to right side knee.
